"Oops! An error has occurred. Exception Details: Invalid Key"

Suggestions on this error? Would it make sense to get the source-code and debug it, or have others found a solution already?

This error happened when we switched from the test server to the live server but was resolved. When did you get it?

I just ran the installer from the http://weishare.net/ page

Fiddler tells me that these two calls were made:

The second call seems to contain the collected specifics of my machine, so sending the message seems ok up to that point, but then the 'Invalid Key' comes back in the response message...
